I.  They possessed the Words of Life (2:19)

    A)  Love for Saints

    B)  Lengthy Service

    C)  Loyal Faith

    D)  Lasting Forbearance

II.  They practiced the Walk of Lust

    A) History had warned them about Jezebel

         (2:20 "that woman Jezebel")

    B) Heaven was warning them about Jezebel

         ("thou sufferest that woman to teach")

    C) He would wage terror against Jezebel

         (2: 22-23)

III.  The Promise is with the Lord

     A) Promised Personally (2:18)

     B) Promised Progressively (2: 24-25)

     C) Promised Prophetically (2: 26-28)
